4. Payment and Billing

All payments for Services, trainings, programs, or coaching must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors.

5. Scholarships and Financial Assistance

Coach Leonardo University may offer scholarships or financial assistance for certain programs at its sole discretion. The following conditions apply to all scholarship recipients:

• No Refunds for Scholarship Recipients: When you request and receive a scholarship, discount, or financial assistance, you acknowledge that third parties (sponsors, partners, or financial aid providers) are involved in funding your education. Therefore, NO REFUNDS will be provided under any circumstances for scholarship-supported enrollments.
• Commitment Required: Scholarship recipients must complete the program requirements and maintain active participation. Failure to participate may result in revocation of future scholarship eligibility.
• Non-Transferable: Scholarships are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit toward other programs.
• Documentation: Recipients may be required to provide documentation or proof of eligibility for scholarship consideration.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The following refund policy applies:

• 30-Day Satisfaction Period: If you are not satisfied with any training, program, or service, you must submit a support ticket to support@coachleonardo.university within 30 days after your payment date.
• Refund Request Requirements: Your refund request must include your purchase details, reason for dissatisfaction, and any supporting documentation. We will review your request within 5-7 business days.
• Exceptions to Refunds: Refunds are NOT available for:
  • Scholarship-supported enrollments (as detailed in Section 5)
  • One-on-one coaching sessions already completed
  • Digital downloads or resources already accessed or downloaded
  • Programs or trainings completed more than 50% at the time of refund request
  • Corporate or group training packages (custom refund terms may apply)
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on the percentage of the program completed or resources accessed.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment or subscription at any time by contacting support@coachleonardo.university. Cancellations are subject to the refund policy outlined in Section 6. For subscription-based services, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
