These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, programs, coaching services, and all related content provided by Coach Leonardo University, operated by Leonardo Ramírez ("Coach Leonardo University," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Coach Leonardo University website, purchasing any program, or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Educational Services

Coach Leonardo University provides executive education, coaching programs, AI governance training, enterprise architecture courses, and related educational content.
All programs are designed for professional development. Program content, schedules, instructors, and materials are subject to change.
Access to programs is granted upon receipt of payment and completion of any required enrollment process.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Program fees are as listed at the time of enrollment. All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment in full is required prior to access unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the program content.
After 7 days or after significant program access, refunds are granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Coaching session packages are non-refundable once sessions have commenced.
To request a refund, contact support@coachleonardo.university with your order details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, courses, videos, documents, and resources provided through the Website and Services are the intellectual property of Coach Leonardo Ramirez and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without express written permission from Coach Leonardo Ramirez.
Coach Leonardo Ramirez is a copyrighted mark and no social channel content can be embedded, altered, or reproduced without prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to share your account credentials or program access with others.
You agree not to record, redistribute, or resell program content.
You agree to maintain professional conduct in all coaching sessions, live events, and community interactions.
Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Results Disclaimer

Coach Leonardo University provides education and coaching based on proven frameworks and 30+ years of enterprise experience.
Individual results will vary. Testimonials and case studies represent exceptional results and are not guarantees of your outcomes.
Success depends on your individual effort, commitment, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Coach Leonardo University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, unless prohibited by applicable law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Scholarships and Financial Assistance

Coach Leonardo University may offer scholarships or financial assistance for certain programs at its sole discretion. The following conditions apply to all scholarship recipients:
No Refunds for Scholarship Recipients: When you request and receive a scholarship, discount, or financial assistance, you acknowledge that third parties (sponsors, partners, or financial aid providers) are involved in funding your education. Therefore, NO REFUNDS will be provided under any circumstances for scholarship-supported enrollments.
Commitment Required: Scholarship recipients must complete the program requirements and maintain active participation. Failure to participate may result in revocation of future scholarship eligibility.
Non-Transferable: Scholarships are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit toward other programs.
Documentation: Recipients may be required to provide documentation or proof of eligibility for scholarship consideration.
