All our programs come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your enrollment date, provided you meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.
Important Exceptions - No Refunds Apply
The 30-day money-back guarantee does NOT apply in the following situations:
- Coupon or Discount Code Used: If you used any coupon code, promotional discount, or special offer to purchase the program, all sales are final.
- Partial Payment or Payment Plan: If you enrolled using a payment plan, installment option, or made a partial payment, all sales are final.
- Discounted Sales: Any purchase made at a discounted price (including Black Friday, special promotions, bundle deals, or limited-time offers) is final and non-refundable.
Discount Sales Are Final
All discount sales are final and non-refundable. When you take advantage of our special pricing, promotional offers, or discounted bundles, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase cannot be refunded. This includes but is not limited to: weekend specials, holiday promotions, early-bird pricing, bundle discounts, and any other reduced-price offers.
Refund Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee (when applicable), you must:
- Request the refund within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date
- Have paid the full price without any discounts, coupons, or promotional offers
- Have paid in full (not using a payment plan or installment option)

How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility requirements and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, email address used for purchase, and order/transaction ID
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days
